DNS tool
DNS Record Finder
Enter a name once, choose any DNS record type and get current results through Cloudflare DNS.
When to use the DNS Record Finder
Use it to see what a domain's public DNS actually returns right now, for example after changing records or when mail, a website or verification is not working.
Examples
- Look up MX records to see which servers receive a domain's email.
- Check a TXT record to confirm an SPF or domain-verification value was published.
Common mistakes
- Expecting a change to appear instantly while the old record's TTL is still cached.
- Editing DNS at the registrar when the domain's nameservers point to another provider.
